Documents Done Right. The First Time.
Why Clients Choose Dot Your I’s
Unmatched Legal Experience
We are not just notaries — we are paralegals with over 20 combined years of experience in federal and state courts across Arkansas and Oklahoma. We understand the documents we notarize, the courts that receive them, and what proper execution requires. When it matters, experience matters.
Convenient and Fully Remote Capable
We offer competitive rates during business hours with no hidden fees. Pricing is always disclosed and agreed upon before your session begins. Business subscription plans are also available for organizations with ongoing notarizations needs — including reduced rates for your employees.
Affordable, Transparent Pricing
As Arkansas-commissioned eNotaries registered with a state-approved RON platform, we can notarize your documents remotely — wherever you are. All you need is a device with a camera and internet connection. No driving, no waiting rooms, and no wasted time.
Available After Hours and on Weekends
Deadlines don’t always fall between 9 and 5. Our after-hours and weekend availability means you are never left scrambling for a notary when it counts most. Evening and weekend sessions are available at a premium rate — book online anytime.
How It Works
Step 1 — Book Your Appointment
Select your service type, choose a date and time that works for you, and complete payment at booking. You will receive a confirmation with everything you need to prepare for your session.
Step 2 — Prepare Your Document
Have your document ready and your government-issued photo ID available. For remote sessions, you will also need a device with a working camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. Do not sign your document before the session — the notary must witness the signature.
Step 3 — Connect With Your Notary
At your scheduled time, connect with your Dot Your I’s notary via our secure platform. Your identity will be verified, your document reviewed, and your notarization completed — all in a matter of minutes.
Step 4 — Receive Your Notarized Document
Your completed, notarized document is delivered electronically with a tamper-evident seal and full audit trail. It is stored securely for 10+ years and legally valid wherever electronic notarization is accepted.
